中国枫叶教育集团有限公司于2025年12月4日公布翌日披露报表，公司于当日注销自2025年3月21日至2025年9月12日期间回购的40,732,000股，占注销前已发行股本约1.389%。注销完成后，公司已发行股本由2,932,104,920股降至2,891,372,920股。
公告显示，公司于2025年12月4日在香港联合交易所有限公司再度回购2,232,000股股份，成交价为每股0.385港元，总金额约859,320港元。上述回购股份尚未实际注销。截至目前，公司已根据2025年2月21日通过的购回授权累计回购76,344,000股，约占当日获授权时已发行股本的2.569%，购回授权总数为297,159,092股。公司另披露，根据上市规则规定，相关新股发行及库藏股处置的暂止期将持续至2026年1月3日。
公司在公告中确认，上述回购及注销事宜均符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规要求。公告由公司秘书任书玲签署。
