悦达国际控股公告称，旗下间接全资子公司悦达商业保理（深圳）有限公司已于2026年3月26日与盐城怡乐商贸有限公司签署反向保理协议。协议约定，悦达商业保理将向怡乐商贸提供应收账款融资、管理及收款等服务，并授予最高0.5亿元人民币的反向循环保理信贷额度。
协议期限自2026年3月26日起至2027年3月26日止，年化回报率（包含利率及保理管理费）设定在7%至8%之间。江蘇世纪新城投资控股集团有限公司为本次融资提供担保。
同时，双方同意自2026年3月26日起提前终止2025年签订的反向保理协议，原因系原协议额度已全部使用并完成偿还。
根据香港联交所上市规则第14.07条，相关交易的最高适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，构成须予披露交易并需履行公告义务。
公司董事会表示，协议条款基于公平原则商定，符合集团日常经营需要，可在融资期内带来利润贡献，并有助于拓展保理业务及深化与怡乐商贸的合作关系。
