据知情人士透露，伯克希尔哈撒韦的关联公司将以每股285美元至290美元的价格出售这家总部位于弗吉尼亚州雷斯顿公司的430万股股票。周一发布的一份声明显示，伯克希尔哈撒韦实际持有的剩余股份将受到一年的禁售期限制。彭博社的计算显示，该价格区间较周一收盘价折让幅度高达6.9%。
