Yomi.sun Holding Limited（要约人）与浦江中国控股有限公司（浦江中国）联合发布公告称，将延迟寄发有关强制要约的综合文件。
据公告，双方曾于2026年6月15日联合披露，由力高证券有限公司代表要约人就收购浦江中国全部已发行股份（要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购的股份除外）作出强制性无条件现金要约。根据收购守则规则8.2，综合文件（含要约文件与受要约人董事会通函）原应于联合公告日期后21天内（即2026年7月6日或之前）寄发予股东。
公告指出，延迟原因为需额外时间落实综合文件中的若干资料，包括但不限于浦江中国集团2026年5月31日的债务状况表，以及根据收购守则规则10.11需披露的集团财政、营业状况或展望的重大改变声明。为此，双方已向执行人员申请延长寄发截止日期至2026年7月21日（星期二）或之前，截至公告日期，执行人员已表示有意授出相关同意。
浦江中国与要约人表示，将在综合文件及接纳表格寄发时另行联合刊發公告。
