叮当健康科技集团有限公司(09886)于2026年7月16日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所进行股份回购及已发行股本变动。
公司于当日回购普通股20万股并将其转入库藏股，占回购前公司已发行股份约0.015949%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币0.90至0.92，平均价为港币0.912，总耗资约为18.24万港元。
此外，公司于2026年5月19日至6月18日及6月24日至7月8日期间进行的普通股回购共1433.65万股，已于2026年7月16日注销，占有关事件前已发行股份约1.143291%，每股平均回购价为港币0.917。
经上述变动后，公司于2026年7月16日的已发行股份总数约为12.39亿股，库藏股合计约8.82万股。公司此前于2026年6月23日通过购回授权，可回购上限为约12.43亿股。截至本次回购前，公司已依据该授权累计回购374.1万股，约占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的0.300924%。
