Dec, 01 2025 — G.H.Y Culture & Media Holding Co., Limited announced that its indirect associated company, Beijing Changxin Film & Media Co., Ltd, has signed a joint production agreement with Beijing iQIYI Technology Co., Ltd.

Under the agreement, both parties will co-produce a Chinese classical mythology drama series titled “Beautiful Fairytale 烟雨神游记.” Filming has recently begun and is expected to be completed by Jun, 30 2026.

The collaboration aims to expand G.H.Y’s fantasy drama portfolio following the success of “Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty 唐朝诡事录,” while leveraging iQIYI’s distribution and marketing capabilities to widen viewership.

The company said the deal is not expected to have a material impact on its earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025.

None of the directors or controlling shareholders of G.H.Y Culture & Media Holding Co., Limited holds any direct or indirect interest in the agreement beyond their shareholdings in the company.
