Edianyun Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Leadership

Edianyun Limited disclosed its latest board structure on 29 May 2026, confirming the composition of its seven-member Board and the leadership of its three specialised committees.

The Board now comprises three Executive Directors—Ji Pengcheng (also serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Zhang Bin and He Liang—and four Independent Non-executive Directors: Hong Weili, Song Shiji, Wang Jingbo and Li Dan.

Committee assignments are as follows: 1. Audit Committee – chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Wang Jingbo, with Hong Weili and Li Dan serving as members. 2. Remuneration Committee – chaired by Executive Director Ji Pengcheng, with Hong Weili and Wang Jingbo acting as members. 3. Nomination Committee – chaired by Executive Director Ji Pengcheng, with Wang Jingbo participating as a member.

The disclosure aligns Edianyun’s governance framework with prevailing regulatory requirements by ensuring Independent Non-executive Director representation across all committees and confirming clear lines of responsibility for oversight, remuneration and nomination matters.
