Anchorstone Holdings Limited (the “Company,” together with its subsidiaries as the “Group”) announced that, further to its previous announcements dated 19 September 2025, 9 October 2025, and 28 October 2025, the Company has entered into a third supplemental placing agreement with its placing agent. According to this new arrangement, the long stop date for the completion of the placing of new shares under general mandate is extended from 17 November 2025 to 5 December 2025.

All other terms and conditions of the original placing agreement and its previous supplements remain unchanged. The completion of the placing remains subject to the fulfillment of specified conditions. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in shares of the Company, as the completion of the placing may or may not occur.
