2026年5月18日，中集安瑞科控股有限公司(股票代码：03899)发布公告称，公司于当天在香港联交所回购股份40万股，占当日回购前已发行股份(不包括库存股)总数的0.0189%，每股回购价介乎9.73港元至9.84港元，合计支付总金额3,915,380港元，折合约391.54万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为2,114,497,503股，其中2,112,967,503股为已发行股份(不包括库存股)，库存股总数由1,130,000股增加至1,530,000股。本次回购依据于2025年5月20日获股东决议通过的购回授权，公司最多可回购202,827,758股。截至目前，已透过在香港联交所及其他证券交易所合计回购1,530,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份(不包括库存股)总量的0.0754%。公告进一步披露，本次购回完成后，按相关规定，在30天的暂止期(即至2026年6月17日)内，公司将不会发行新股或出售任何库存股。
公司同时确认本次股份回购已履行香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及适用法律法规的相关要求。公告由公司秘书钟颖鑫签署。
