MOBI Development Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that its capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000001 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 2,000. No increase or decrease was recorded.

Issued share capital was steady at 796.85 million ordinary shares, all of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company held no treasury shares, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 796.85 million.

MOBI Development affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, indicating sufficient free float as at 30 April 2026.

The filing also confirmed that during April: • No new share options, warrants, or convertible instruments were issued or exercised. • No shares were repurchased, cancelled, or transferred into treasury. • No other share-related agreements or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were reported.
