CHINA GAS HOLD (00384) announced that on December 8, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, China Gas International, entered into a master agreement with Beijing Gas Singapore to establish a framework for LNG transactions. On December 10, 2025, China Gas International signed a confirmation memorandum with Beijing Gas Singapore, agreeing to purchase 3.4 million MMBtu of liquefied natural gas (LNG) at a total consideration of $38.8858 million.
