Sembcorp Green Infra Files Draft Prospectus for Potential India IPO

Sembcorp Industries (U96) announced on Aug, 27 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Green Infra Limited, has submitted a draft red herring prospectus dated Aug, 26 2026 to the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited for a potential initial public offering of its equity shares.

The company said the proposed listing remains subject to market conditions, regulatory and internal approvals, and other considerations, adding that no definitive decision has been made and there is no assurance the transaction will proceed.

Sembcorp Industries stated it will provide further updates in line with applicable regulations and advised shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
