Consistent Record lifts Low Keng Huat stake to 93.84% through open-market purchase

Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited (F1E) said on Jan, 26 2026 that offeror Consistent Record Pte. Ltd., through financial adviser UOB Kay Hian, bought 136,200 shares on the Singapore Exchange at 0.78 Singapore dollars apiece under its ongoing voluntary conditional general offer.
Including this trade and all shares already owned or tendered, Consistent Record and its concert parties now own, control or have agreed to acquire about 693.27 million shares, equivalent to 93.84% of the company’s 738.82 million issued shares.
The offer, first announced on Nov, 28 2025 and subsequently revised to 0.78 Singapore dollars in cash per share, is set to close at 5:30 p.m. Singapore time on Feb, 13 2026.
