据知情人士透露，腾讯控股在探索收购韩国游戏公司Nexon的可能性。腾讯找上了已故的Nexon创始人Kim Jung-ju的亲属，讨论收购可能性。Kim Jung-ju的家人一直在与顾问沟通，评估各种方案。
根据Nexon的中期报告，Kim的亲属通过家族投资公司NXC Corp持股，截至6月30日后者连同其附属公司NXMH BV一起持有Nexon 44.4%的股份。Kim的妻子和女儿持有NXC约67.6%的股份。目前尚不清楚NXC对出售Nexon股份的态度，腾讯能否达成交易是个未知数。
