Greentown China (03900) has released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing financial resilience, green-building progress and human-capital data for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Financial and operating snapshot • Contracted sales reached RMB 251.90 billion, ranking second nationwide; newly added saleable value amounted to RMB 135.50 billion. • Total assets stood at RMB 449.86 billion, with bank balances and cash of RMB 63.20 billion; revenue came in at RMB 154.97 billion. • The group kept its short-term debt ratio at 18.6 %.
ESG governance and ratings • The board-level ESG Committee oversees a three-tier governance structure; Greentown secured an AA rating from MSCI during the year. • No corruption lawsuits or occupational fatalities were recorded in the reporting period; the group’s work-injury lost-day figure was zero.
Environment: green building and emissions • 37 new projects obtained green-building labels, lifting the cumulative total to 364 (including 32 three-star and 214 two-star). • Prefabricated construction adoption reached 85 % on projects under construction. • Scope 1 carbon emissions totalled 414.92 tonnes CO₂-eq; Scope 2 emissions were 13,862.09 tonnes CO₂-eq, for a combined intensity of 0.18 tonnes CO₂-eq per square metre of gross floor area. • Water use was 111,867.77 tonnes, while total comprehensive energy consumption registered 2,937.64 tonnes of standard coal.
Social: workforce, safety and supply chain • Headcount totalled 8,734, with an overall turnover rate of 17.26 % and voluntary turnover of 8.7 %. • Employee training coverage reached 100 %, averaging 71 hours per person. • No work-related fatalities occurred for the third consecutive year; 24-hour crisis-intervention and mental-health programmes served 63 employees. • The approved supplier pool expanded to 17,348; all suppliers have signed integrity and labour-rights commitments, and green-material procurement increased during the year.
Community investment • Philanthropic spending focused on mental-health projects “Spring Breeze Action” and “No Depression in China”, planting over 180,000 saxaul trees in Minqin and hosting more than 330 public-health live streams that attracted 540,000 views.
Outlook highlights Management reiterated the strategy of “quality first” and aims to strengthen low-carbon technologies, widen near-zero-energy projects and maintain its AA-level ESG rating while pursuing the target of cutting Scope 1+2 carbon-emission intensity by 5 % from the 2022 baseline by 2025.
