本次回购的每股价格介乎18.91港元至19.35港元，合计支付1,130,855港元（约113.09万港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）变动至323,780,113股，库存股增至12,570,631股，合计已发行股本总数仍为336,350,744股。上述回购基于公司于2026年5月13日通过的回购授权，授权额度为32,715,311股，至今公司已在相关交易所合计回购3,424,000股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的1.0223%。
公司同时确认该回购交易已获董事会正式授权，并严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事赵中签署。
