10月20日，港股芯片股盘中上涨，上海复旦涨近8%，晶门半导体涨超5%，中兴通讯、中芯国际涨超4%，华虹半导体、英诺赛科涨超3%。
消息面上，据环球网，美国英伟达公司首席执行官（CEO）黄仁勋近日表示，由于美国实施出口管制，该公司在华高端芯片市场份额已从95%降至0%。此外，寒武纪2025年三季报显示，前三季度营收同比增长2386.38%；台积电三季度净利润实现4523亿新台币，创下公司的纪录新高，同比增长39.1%。
华金证券表示，持续看好人工智能推动半导体超级周期，建议关注半导体全产业链。招商证券认为，在美国持续加强出口管制背景下，国内自主可控进程加速，同时2026年国内偏先进产线扩产有望提速，预计也将带动国内设备/零部件板块订单积极预期和国产替代进程。
