Bakkt Holdings, Inc. reported quarterly earnings of $1.13 per share. This is a 160.75 percent increase over losses of $(1.86) per share from the same period last year. The company reported $1.07 billion in sales this quarter. This is a 25.78 percent increase over sales of $854.60 million the same period last year.
Coinbase Global, Inc. is joining the S&P 500, replacing Discover Financial Services in the benchmark index, according to a release on Monday.
The change will take effect before trading on May 19. Discover is in the process of being acquired by Capital One.
