方正控股有限公司（“方正控股”，股票代码：00418）于2026年1月5日发布翌日披露报表，披露其当日于香港联交所回购10万股普通股股份。回购价格为每股0.81港元，合计付出约8.1万港元，回购股份占本次披露前已发行股本的0.0083%。
回购完成后，方正控股的已发行股本总数维持在约11.556亿股，库藏股数为零。公司指出，此次回购基于于2025年5月28日获股东大会通过的回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为1.1997亿股，而公司已在市场上回购约4257.6万股，占授权通过当日已发行股份数目的3.5487%。
