GENCH EDU (01525) announced that Ms. Li Huihui has resigned as the company's non-executive director effective December 19, 2025, to focus on other commitments. On the same date, Mr. Fang Xiaoge (formerly known as Fang Xiaoge) has been appointed as the new non-executive director.
