亲亲食品集团（开曼）股份有限公司（01583）7月24日发布盈利警告，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“报告期间”）收入约为4.85亿元，较2025年同期的5.3亿元减少约45百万元，降幅约8%。
公司同时预计，报告期间录得股东应占利润约4百万元至6百万元，较2025年同期的22百万元减少约16百万元至18百万元，降幅约73%至82%。
公司将收入及利润下降归因于以下因素： 1. 传统实体零售消费放缓导致传统销售渠道销售减少，虽然休闲食品连锁渠道及OEM代工业务有所增长，但未能完全抵消影响； 2. 果冻及米酒产品销量下降，导致生产设施利用率及规模经济效益降低，进而令毛利减少约22百万元，毛利率下降约2个百分点。
公司表示，其截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计的合并管理账目仍在编制中，最终中期业绩可能与本公告所披露数据有所差异，正式业绩公告预计于2026年8月中旬公布。
