Wen Peng has resigned as an independent non-executive director of GUIXIN GROUP (08349), effective from December 2, 2025, to dedicate more time to his other business commitments. Mr. Wen has also stepped down as chairman of the company's nomination committee and as a member of the remuneration committee, audit committee, and risk management committee, effective from the same date.
