CCOE: June 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Structure and Full Public Float Compliance

Shanxi Changcheng Microlight Equipment Co., Limited (CCOE) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 30.89 million RMB, split between 110 million H-shares and 198.86 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.10.

Issued shares were equally stable: • H-shares: 110 million in issue, zero held as treasury shares. • Domestic shares: 198.86 million in issue, zero held as treasury shares.

CCOE affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 percent for its H-share class, indicating sufficient market liquidity.

The filing also confirmed that no share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked arrangements were outstanding or exercised during the month, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were in circulation.

Executive Director Song Zhenglai certified that all regulatory requirements and listing rules were met, with no new issues, repurchases, or cancellations occurring in June 2026.
