Beisen Holding Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 22 June 2026 to review and approve the Group’s audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of the results’ publication and the potential declaration of a final dividend.
The announcement was released on 9 June 2026 and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Wang Zhaohui. Executive Directors Ji Weiguo and Liu Xianna, along with Independent Non-Executive Directors Du Kui, Zhao Hongqiang, and Ge Ke, will participate in the meeting.
