回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股）为439,177,764股，库藏股数为26,575,500股。回购授权由股东大会于2025年6月6日通过，授权可回购的股份总数为41,789,776股。截至本次回购前，公司已于包含香港联交所在内的证券交易所共购回25,804,500股，占授权通过时已发行股份约6.1748%。公告同时披露，本次回购完成后新增发行股份或再次出售、转让库藏股的暂止期截至2026年5月28日。
