CHINA QINFA (00866) announced that Ms. Deng Bingjing, the current executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee, effective from August 14, 2025. On the same date, Mr. Long Yufeng has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
