拓璞数控（07688）7月30日在港交所发布自愿公告称，公司董事会拟在适当市况下行使已获授权的H股回购权，计划以不超过3亿港元的总对价，于公开市场回购公司已发行的H股。 根据2026年7月29日召开的股东特别大会特别决议，董事会已获授一般授权，可回购不超过38,127,240股H股，占股东特别大会当日已发行H股总数的10%。相关授权详情载于公司2026年7月10日刊发的通函。 公司表示，回购资金将来自公司内部资源，不会动用在联交所主板首次公开发售H股所得款项。董事会认为，此举可体现公司对业务前景的信心，并在实施回购的同时保持集团财务状况稳健。 拓璞数控称，拟回购的H股将于后续在董事会认为适当的情况下注销及/或以库存方式持有。此次回购不会导致公众持股比例低于上市规则要求的最低水平。 公司强调，H股回购的实施时间、数量及价格将视市况并由董事会全权酌情决定，无法保证具体回购安排。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖H股时审慎行事。
