As of 28 February 2026, Smart Globe (01481) maintained an authorized share capital of 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, amounting to a total of 20.00 million HKD. No changes were recorded from the previous month.
The total number of issued shares remained at 1,020,000,000 with no adjustment during the period. The listed entity met its public float requirement, which stands at 25% of issued shares.
The outstanding convertible bonds remained at 20.10 million HKD. They may be converted at 1.20 HKD per share, allowing up to 16,750,000 shares to be issued upon conversion between 3 July 2026 and 3 January 2028.
