晨讯科技集团有限公司（股票代码：02000）9月1日根据台湾《外国发行人募集与发行有价证券处理准则》第42条发布115年8月《台湾存托凭证流通及兑回情形月报表》。报告显示，截至115年8月底，公司台湾存托凭证（TDR）在外流通余额为159,293,516单位，对应318,587,032股，较上月底持平。
公告披露，截至上一月底在外流通TDR数量同样为159,293,516单位，本月期间未发生因现金增资、股东优先认购、资本公积或盈余转增资本所致的新增发行，也无可转换公司债或附认股权公司债转股增发记录，亦未出现任何兌回或在原兌回额度内的再发行情形。
公司最初于100年1月5日获台湾金融监督管理委员会以“金管证发字第0990073153号”文号核准发行137,500,000单位TDR，代表275,000,000股普通股，总金额新台币1,643,125,000元。其后，于102年1月7日因海外现金增资原股东行使优先认购权，增加21,794,016单位。
此次月报显示，晨讯科技115年8月整体TDR数量维持稳定，存托机构为元大商业银行股份有限公司。
