LAJIN ENT (the “Company”) released its latest quarterly update on resumption progress, outlining operational developments and the status of its prolonged trading suspension on the Hong Kong GEM board.

Business Operations • Segment Overview: The Group continues to operate three core segments—Entertainment Business, New Media and Artiste Management—with activities reported as normal. • Short-Video Monetisation: After securing an expanded Licence for Spreading Audio-Visual Programs via Information Network, the Company launched a short-video initiative in April. By embedding advertisements in short-form drama episodes, management anticipates meaningful advertising exposure revenue and commissions across consumer goods and game-download clients. • Deepened Alipay Partnership: Building on prior collaboration with Ant Group and Alipay, LAJIN ENT integrated “Tap to Connect” NFC technology into its “ticket stub economy” strategy. At Alipay’s July ecosystem conferences in Hangzhou, the Group was recognised as the “Star of Scenario Digitalisation Innovation for the First Half of 2026” and “Outstanding Tap Ecosystem Partner for Alipay.” The cooperation has evolved from individual projects to ecosystem-wide collaboration, aimed at broadening project pipeline and lowering cross-city expansion costs. • City-Level Digital Operator: The Company has repositioned itself from a digital-tool supplier to a “city-level operator of integrated digital solutions for culture, tourism and commerce.” Implementations now cover Nanjing, Hefei, Chengdu and Chongqing, supporting consumption-promotion scenarios spanning sports events, night-time economies and historic districts. • Launch of “Blue Whale” SaaS: Responding to Alipay service-provider demand, LAJIN ENT officially branded its proprietary SaaS platform as “Blue Whale.” Commercial rollout is slated for 4Q-2026, offering functions such as activity configuration, check-in management, voucher handling and data analytics to regional service providers. • Scalable Growth Model: The Company is building a “Alipay ecosystem entry point + AMBER product platform + regional service provider resources” framework to replicate its ticket-stub economy model across additional cities and client sectors.

Resumption Roadmap • GEM Rule 17.26 Compliance: Professional legal and financial advisers have been engaged to craft a comprehensive resumption proposal addressing the Stock Exchange’s guidance. • Ongoing Disclosure: Management states that all material information has been disclosed and commits to continual updates in line with GEM Listing Rules.

Trading Status Trading in LAJIN ENT shares has been suspended since 13 November 2025 and will remain halted until further notice. Stakeholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
