Envision Greenwise Proposes Re-appointment of Baker Tilly as Auditor, Sets FY2027 Fee Range at HK$0.95–1.00 Million

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited on 14 August 2026 released a supplemental announcement to its 5 August 2026 AGM circular, detailing plans for the re-appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.

The Board will seek shareholder approval at the 28 August 2026 annual general meeting to: • Re-appoint Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited to serve until the conclusion of the next AGM; and • Authorise the Board to determine the auditor’s remuneration.

Based on the current audit scope and the Group’s financial information as at 31 March 2026, the audit fee for FY2027 is estimated at HK$0.95–1.00 million. Should the Company execute acquisitions or other significant transactions after 31 March 2026, any resulting incremental audit work and fees will be negotiated separately with the auditor.

The Company confirmed that all other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director and four independent non-executive directors, chaired by Mr. Kwok Chun Sing.
