TJCD (02515): Li Kai Resigns as Executive Director and CFO

Li Kai has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and Co-Company Secretary of TJCD, effective January 26, 2026, to devote more time to other personal affairs.

The Board of Directors further announced that Lü Yingyi has resigned from his role as Co-Company Secretary, effective from the same date.

The Board also announced that Zhao Kuanghua will succeed Mr. Li; and Chen Enlin will succeed Mr. Lü.

Mr. Zhao and Ms. Chen will serve together as Co-Company Secretaries and as authorized representatives of the Company under Listing Rule 3.05.
