根据公告，自2026年3月20日至4月22日，公司已陆续回购A类普通股合计13,775,502股。该累计回购份额约占购回授权获批当日公司已发行股本的1.5036%。公司已发行股本在本次交易后维持840,416,267股，尚无库藏股结存。
公司购回授权经股东大会于2025年6月27日通过，可回购股份总数为91,613,918股。公告显示，上述回购均已获得董事会正式批准，并遵照包括香港联交所证券上市规则在内的相关法律、法规及监管规定进行。公告由联席公司秘书梁怀元签署。
