On July 22, the Lanzhou People's Procuratorate, the Lanzhou Market Supervision Administration, and the Lanzhou Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau jointly held a coordination meeting on "Ganwei" brand intellectual property protection, aiming to further strengthen the collaborative protection of the regional public brand's intellectual property and support the standardized, branded, and sustainable development of local specialty industries.

Relevant business heads from all three parties attended the meeting, discussing key issues related to brand protection and establishing a robust joint working mechanism to deepen inter-departmental collaboration. The meeting focused on the current state of "Ganwei" brand protection in the city, engaging in in-depth exchanges on critical topics including standardized brand use, infringement risk prevention, information sharing, joint law enforcement and supervision, and quality control at the source.

Participants reviewed the "Implementation Opinions on Establishing a Collaborative Protection Mechanism for 'Ganwei' Brand Intellectual Property," thoroughly identifying key and difficult issues in current brand protection work. They detailed the implementing rules for collaboration, clarified the responsibilities and boundaries of each unit, and optimized the entire process mechanism for case transfer, information sharing, and joint handling.

Moving forward, the Lanzhou Market Supervision Administration will continue to deepen its coordination and collaboration with the prosecutorial and agricultural departments, focusing on the full-chain protection of "Ganwei" brand intellectual property. It will support special rectification actions, strictly crack down on prominent violations such as unauthorized use of the "Ganwei" trademark and false labeling, and continuously strengthen regulatory enforcement and risk prevention efforts. This initiative aims to further polish the "Ganwei" specialty agricultural brand, driving the city's rural revitalization and high-quality development of specialty industries.
