本季度信息
亨泰消费品集团公布截至2025年12月31日止六个月的初步管理业绩数据，营收同比减少约34%，毛利同比下滑约52%。在缩减部分无利可图的进口货品贸易业务后，整体经营成本有所下降，销售及分销开支与行政开支合计同比减少约19%。同时，未变现的投资公平值净收益较上期增加约380万港元。尽管收入与毛利出现下降，但本期净亏损约为3,340万港元，同比减少约13%。
公告显示，由于当前经济形势不明朗，本集团继续审慎处理较高收款风险，应收款项及其他应收款项录得减值亏损约570万港元。
业务分项
由于国内外需求疲弱及市场竞争激烈，各主要业务的收入与毛利均出现不同程度下滑。本集团在进口快速消费品及农产品领域，并未将不断上升的采购成本转嫁给客户，导致相关板块盈利能力下降。此外，通过策略性地缩减无利可图的进口货品贸易业务，以降低运营成本并提升整体经营效率，各业务分类的降幅得到一定程度的控制。
