China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp, 00386.HK) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period to 31 July 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and full compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements.

Total authorised and issued share capital remained at 120.93 billion shares with a par value of RMB1.00 each. The composition is unchanged: • H-shares: 23.78 billion • A-shares: 97.14 billion

No new shares, options, warrants or convertibles were issued during the month, and the company continues to hold no treasury shares.

Under “Other Movements,” the filing reiterates repurchase transactions dated 13 May 2026 that have yet to be cancelled: 80.09 million H-shares and 87.29 million A-shares. These pending cancellations do not affect July’s issued share totals.

Sinopec Corp confirmed that its H-share public float comfortably meets the 5% minimum required for PRC issuers, and the board-authorised activities complied with all applicable listing and regulatory provisions. The return was signed by Board Secretary Zhang Zheng on 3 August 2026.
