FINSOFT FIN Shareholder Transfers Holdings from Hwatsing Capital to Hang Seng Bank, Valued at HK$5.25 Million

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 22, a shareholder of FINSOFT FIN transferred shares from Hwatsing Capital Securities to Hang Seng Bank. The transfer had a market value of HK$5.25 million, representing 28.93% of the holdings. Separately, FINSOFT FIN announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$45.528 million, a decrease of 7.19% year-over-year. The loss attributable to company owners was HK$12.877 million, widening by 4.37% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was 2.55 HK cents.
