On 28 July 2026, Huadian Power International Corporation Limited announced that Chairman Liu Lei has submitted a proposal to initiate the company’s 2026 interim profit distribution plan.

The proposal recommends a cash dividend of RMB 0.9 (tax inclusive) for every 10 shares, with no issuance of bonus shares or conversion of capital reserves into share capital. The payout ratio will remain unchanged on a per-share basis even if the company’s total share capital alters before the future record date.

The Board will formulate the detailed distribution plan after reviewing Huadian Power’s financial performance for the first half of 2026, its undistributed profits, cash-flow position, and development strategy. All necessary regulatory and corporate approvals, as stipulated by relevant laws and the company’s Articles of Association, will be completed before implementation.

The proposed interim distribution remains subject to final Board and shareholder approval. The company has cautioned investors about associated uncertainties and advised close attention to subsequent disclosures.
