北京北辰实业股份有限公司（00588）7月14日发布业绩预告称，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止上半年归属于公司所有者的净亏损为人民币8.81亿元至10.8亿元；扣除投资性房地产公允价值变动收益后的净亏损为7.01亿元至8.6亿元；进一步扣除非经常性损益后的净亏损为7.21亿元至8.8亿元。
与上年同期的亏损16.47亿元相比，公司净亏损预计大幅收窄。2025年同期，公司归属于母公司股东的净亏损为16.47亿元，其中扣除投资性房地产公允价值变动收益的净亏损为14.76亿元，扣除投资性房地产公允价值变动及非经常性损益后的净亏损为15.02亿元。
公司预计2026年6月30日的现金余额约为78亿元，资金储备充足，融资渠道通畅；经营活动产生的现金流量净额预计继续为正，并较上年同期有较大幅度增加。
公司表示，本期亏损主要源于房地产开发板块受售价及去化影响持续亏损，尽管会展及配套设施服务板块经营保持稳定。本次业绩数据未经审计，详细财务信息将以2026年中期业绩报告为准。
