According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 26, Tan Kim Choo increased their stake in Vitasoy International Holdings (00345) by 1.78 million shares. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$7.1007 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$12.6392 million. Following this acquisition, the total number of shares held by Tan Kim Choo now stands at around 194 million shares, representing a stake of 19.08% in the company.
