瑞财经 吴文婷 8月11日，佳鑫国际资源投资有限公司（以下简称“佳鑫国际”）通过港股IPO聆讯，中金公司为独家保荐人。
佳鑫国际是扎根于哈萨克斯坦的钨矿公司，专注于开发巴库塔钨矿(巴库塔钨矿项目)，根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，截至2024年12月31日，那是一个全球最大型三氧化钨(WO3)矿产资源量露天钨矿。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，截至2024年12月31日，公司的巴库塔钨矿亦是全球第四大WO3矿产资源量钨矿(包括露天钨矿及地下钨矿)，在单一钨矿中拥有世界上最大的设计钨矿产能。于往绩记录期，其主要专注于筹备巴库塔钨矿项目的商业生产。
值得一提的是，除矿石分选系统外，厂房建设及设备安装均已完成。试生产于2024年11月开始，商业生产于2025年4月开始，逐步建立起整个选矿流程。2025年第二季度实现全流程连续作业，期间工艺条件得到优化，生产量、精矿品位及回收率逐步提高。
业绩方面，2022年-2024年，佳鑫国际的年内亏损分别为9445万港元、8012.9万港元、1.77亿港元。2025上半年，其实现收入为1.26亿港元，期内亏损为698.9万港元。
