相较于同业竞争对手，埃塞克斯信托当日表现明显疲软：阿瓦隆湾社区公司（AVB）下跌1.22%至199.48美元；权益住宅公司（EQR）下滑1.33%收报66.13美元；而UDR公司（UDR）跌幅相对较窄，下挫0.94%至39.98美元。
值得注意的是，该股当日成交量仅40.24万股，较其50日均量45.56万股的基准线尚有5.32万股的缺口——这已是其交投活跃度连续第三日低于常态水平。
市场数据显示，美国房地产信托板块正面临利率波动带来的持续压力，部分投资者开始转向更具防御属性的资产类别。分析师指出，在美联储货币政策路径明朗前，不动产投资信托板块或持续承压。
