贪玩于2026年8月3日披露了截至2026年7月31日的证券变动月报。报告显示，公司于本月并未进行新的股份发行，法定/注册股本维持在2,500,000,000股普通股（面值USD 0.00002），对应注册股本总额USD 50,000，与上月持平。公司已发行股份总数为534,439,918股，较上月底无变化。
在已发行股份及库藏股方面，上月底已发行股份（不含库藏股份）为521,229,118股，库藏股份数为13,210,800股。本月公司从2026年7月14日至7月24日期间，分批以每股10.23港元至11.15港元的价格回购合计2,956,000股，并转为库藏股份，致使当月末已发行股份总数减至518,273,118股，同时库藏股增加至16,166,800股。整体股本则未发生实质性变化。
在股份期权方面，贪玩于2022年11月采纳的首次公开发售前购股权计划在月报期间未发生新的行使或变动，期末仍持有期权总数4,255,157份。此外，公司披露于2027年到期的468,000,000港元零息可换股债券亦无新发行或转换安排，若全部转换可对应发行19,914,804股。
根据公告，贪玩表示，公司已严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求。上述月报由公司秘书曾颖雯签署。
