2026年3月2日，中国国际航空股份有限公司（以下简称“中国国航”）公布了截至2026年2月28日止月份的股份变动月报。根据公告，本月未发生新增发行、购回、注销或库藏股变动，公司股本整体保持稳定。
公告显示，中国国航的法定注册股本合计为人民币17,448,421,000元，包括H股和A股两类。其中，H股（股票代码：00753）数量为4,955,610,672股，A股（股票代码：601111）数量为12,492,810,328股，均与上月底保持一致。
同时，报告期内未出现任何股份期权或股权激励计划的增减变化，公司亦确认符合适用的公众持股量要求。截至月末，整体股本结构无重大调整。
