On September 11, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 4.98 million H shares of China Galaxy Securities (06881) off-exchange by way of releasing a security interest, with the nature of consideration being non-cash assets. This transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in China Galaxy Securities was 186.97 million shares, representing 5.07%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 181.99 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.93%.
