Tai United Holdings Limited released an inside information announcement stating that, based on unaudited management accounts, the Group expects to report a loss before tax of no less than HK$380.00 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025).

The anticipated figure represents a reduction of approximately HK$520.00 million compared with the audited loss before tax of HK$905.30 million recorded for the year ended 31 December 2024.

Management attributes the smaller loss primarily to lower provisions for impairment on investment properties and financial guarantee contracts during FY2025.

The FY2025 results remain subject to finalisation and audit review. Tai United plans to publish its full annual results by the end of March 2026. The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
