未来数据集团有限公司（股票代码：08229）于2026年7月22日发布公告称，公司已于2026年7月21日依据其股份期权计划，向非董事合资格参与者配发及发行4,800,000股普通股，约占当日发行前已发行股份数目550,680,000股的0.87%。发行价为每股0.81港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股本由550,680,000股增至555,480,000股，库藏股份数目保持不变。公司确认，该次股份发行已获董事会正式授权并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由董事段羲澄签署。
