名科国际控股有限公司（于开曼群岛注册成立并于百慕达存续之有限公司）于2026年1月2日就2025年12月31日止月份发布证券变动月报表，披露了公司在报告期内的股本结构与股份变动情况。
本报告期内，公司法定/注册股本维持80,000,000,000股，面值为每股港币0.01元，合计港币800,000,000元，与上月底相比无变化。已发行股份方面，截至2025年12月31日，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数量为444,448,237股，整体亦与上月底一致，未见新增发行、购回或注销活动。
