嘉年华邮轮周五报告全年调整后净利润达31亿美元，较上一年增长超过60%，并宣布恢复季度股息派发。
这家全球最大的邮轮公司第四季度净利润为4.22亿美元，即每股0.31美元，较2024年同期增长近40%。季度调整后净利润达4.54亿美元，即每股0.34美元，超过公司9月份指引1.5亿多美元。
2025年全年收入创纪录达266亿美元，这得益于强劲的临近需求和按固定汇率计算的创纪录净收益率。2025年营业收入达到历史最高的45亿美元，较2024年增长25%。
"2025年是一个真正非凡的年份。我们在业务各方面创造了新纪录，实现了投资级别的杠杆指标，并恢复了股息派发，"嘉年华邮轮首席执行官Josh Weinstein表示。
公司的净债务与调整后EBITDA比率改善至3.4倍，在惠誉评级中达到投资级别。嘉年华已经在不到三年的时间内减少了超过100亿美元的债务。
基于其财务状况，董事会批准了每股0.15美元的季度股息，股权登记日为2026年2月13日，派息日为2026年2月27日。
展望未来，嘉年华预计2026财年调整后净利润约为35亿美元，超过2025年的创纪录水平。公司预计按固定汇率计算的净收益率将较2025年增长约2.5%。
此外，嘉年华宣布计划将其双重上市公司结构统一为单一实体——嘉年华公司，仅在纽约证券交易所上市。根据此提议，嘉年华plc股东将按一比一的比例获得嘉年华公司股份。公司还提议将其法定注册地从巴拿马转移至百慕大。
