KINGLAND GROUP (01751) announced that Mr. Zhang Xi'an has been reassigned from Co-Chairman of the Board to Vice Chairman of the Board, effective from November 14, 2025. Following the reassignment, Mr. Zhang will continue to serve as an Executive Director. After Mr. Zhang's transition to Vice Chairman, Mr. Cao Yifan will become the sole Chairman of the Board.
